RESOLVED 1/15/2020:

This morning, some users reported network sluggishness and slow load times. This was occurring on both websites and within the CountingWorks PRO portal.

Our technicians researched the issue and found a corrupt database file that was causing the database server to slow down at times. We removed the file and network performance improved across the network.

We are taking steps to add a fail-safe so this does not happen in the future. Network dependability is something we are known for and we take any outages seriously.

I know this must have been frustrating for you as a CountingWorks PRO customer, and for that, we apologize.
